Terms & Conditions

I ask you to sign a contractual agreement confirming the assignment and the nature of the duties before I begin any task. Standard terms include a confidentiality and security agreement.  The following is a short summary of the key terms.

I produce most of my work using Microsoft Office 2000 - 2007. I am competent using a variety of business finance, online networking, graphics and Desk Top Publishing software applications.

I require payment at time of invoice.

If I do not receive prompt payment, I charge interest at 2.5% above bank base rate per month on all amounts outstanding until the debt is cleared. 

I will accept payment by BACS, PayPal* or cheque covered by a Bankers Guarantee card. Please note PayPal administration fees are charged back to the client.

Payment for a monthly retainer package must be made in advance on the 1st of each month either by bank transfer or cleared cheque - before any work will be undertaken. 

I charge all costs I incur when working on your behalf back to your account and keep full records and receipts. Such costs may include: telephone, postage, courier, stationery, bank charges etc. 

Either party may end the contract with 20 days written notice.

If you find any errors in my work after I have submitted it to you for approval - I will correct these free of charge. However, ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of work remains with you as the client and I will not be liable for errors or omissions once you have accepted the work as final. 

I back up all data daily and make every effort to ensure a reliable service. However, I cannot be held responsible for lost information or loss of service.
